Project Saigon One Tower














The Sponsor is developing a mixed use Project on a 6,800 m2 plot at the center of HCM City’s CBD. The site is located at the end of Ham Nghi Boulevard and just less than 200 meters from the HCM City’s CBD. The site is considered as one of the most central in HCM City. Ham Nghi Boulevard is also named the "Wall Street of HCM City", as it and the streets in its immediate proximity are the head quarters for some 20 plus major financial institutions, including: State Bank, HCM City Stock Exchange, Vietcombank, NaviBank, etc.

The Project is located within walking distance from the City’s major 5 star hotels, such as Sheraton, Park Hyatt, Caravelle, and the City’s popular night life and entertainment venues. The property’s ideal location within the CBD, its location on “Wall Street” and a unhindered view to the Saigon River, makes the location as one of the most desired location for offices and residential in HCM City.

The Sponsor acquired in 2005 all the necessary legal documentation for development of office, retail and apartment on the site. The permission is based on a 50 year Land Use Right (LUR) with option of another 20 years renewal. The Project’s construction activities started in Q4 2007 and are estimated to be completed early Q1, 2011.

The site’s plot area is 6,800 m2, making it one of the largest development site in HCM City’s CBD. A consortium of investors got the approval for development of the site in late 2003, but this Consortium later sold the project to the current Sponsor.


Project An Phu M&C Tower










The Sponsor has Free Hold and development rights on a 7.6 ha property sited located on An Phu, near the Thu Thiem peninsula, which is part of District 2 of HCM City.

The peninsula has an unique lush vegetation and an intricate system of internal canals, which makes the area a green urban area very suitable to the year-round hot weather of HCM city. In addition, the peninsula also enjoys a 10 km of frontage along the Saigon River.

The Project is very centrally and strategically located with the following features. Proximity (less than 10 minutes walk) to cultural and activity centers:

Cultural Center and Sports Stadium, an 200 ha area including:

  1. Rach Chiec Ecological Lake

  2. Largest out and indoor sport complex in HCM City

  3. Vietnam’s largest Cultural Center with outdoor concerts

Proximity to public infrastructure:

  1. East West Highway – new highway connecting HCM’s East and West side without going through the Center1A National Highway

  2. Direct access to Long Thanh, the new planned Airport of HCM City

  3. Highway 51 – direct access to beach resort Vung Tau

  4. Walking distance to Metro Stop of the new Metro Line of HCM City



Proposed concept

The Sponsor sets out to create a landmark project with a strong urban signal. The key design criteria for the projects are:

  1. Smallest possible foot print

  2. Minimize shadow print

  3. Best possible view for all apartments

  4. Accommodate mixed use of the property (apartments, office, hotels, retail, etc..)

  5. Strong urban signal

The proposed initial concept is a mixed use property, which comprises of four towers, with each two towers connecting to each other to create a rectangular shape. The four towers will therefore create two rectangles. Each tower will have 45 floors.

In addition, the towers will have the following very interesting features:

  1. 1.The buildings have leaf pattern design, thus blending in with the lush surroundings making it an unique ecological apartment complex providing a feeling of nature in the busy city life

  2. 2.The buildings have color façade in many different colors, creating a unique color palette

  3. 3.All apartments have panoramic view

  4. 4.All apartments have private exterior terraces that allow for cross ventilation and offer extra view

  5. 5.All apartments can use natural ventilation thus reducing energy and costs

  6. 6.Foot print of less than 20% of total plot area

The Project will have a large area of green space with elaborated landscape, swimming pools, tennis courts, play ground and public areas. The Project will be developed as a class A project with modern and contemporary interior design, equipment and amenities.

Project Loc An Integrated Resort


M&C Holding has 50 years Land Use Right and Development Right on a 223 ha beach front property located on the beach of the City, Long Hai, about 120 km southeast of HCM City, 25 km northeast of Vung Tau City, 15 km southeast of Baria City and 30 minutes from the planned international airport Long Thanh Airport. Long Hai is the new central commercial hub for the district Ba Ria. The closest major city is Vung Tau.

Vung Tau is the first seaside resort for the elite in Vietnam. The first hotel, the Arduzer, was built in the 1870’s and was the spa for the French leadership at the time. Over time, many more bungalows and vacation homes were built by the well to do of Saigon. Today, Vung Tau is a relative modern beach resort.

The area is famous for its extensive beaches and because of its proximity to HCM City, less than1.5 hour by car and 1 hour by hydrofoil ferry, the area is preferred beach resort area for Saigon’s residents, who are looking for tranquility and sea breeze far from the busy city life. In the recent years, there has been an increasing number of foreign tourists to the area. The area also boasts one of Vietnam’s most famous golf course, Long Thanh. In addition, the area is also known for its many pagodas and temples, attracting many worshippers.

Hona Integrated Project


The Sponsor was awarded in April 2008 an Investment License and Land Use Rights for 50 years (50 years remaining) on two parcels, totaling 165 ha. Lot A, which is 150 ha and Lot B, with 15 ha. The two lots are located on the same beach and are 3 km from each other. Both Properties are located on the pristine beach of Hona, Nha Trang, which is 1,287 km south of Hanoi, and 442 km north of HCM City.

Hona enjoys a very special place in Vietnam’s history, as it is the first place in Vietnam that sees the sun rises. Hona is located near Nha Trang, which is well known for its spectacular 10 km long beaches with fine and clean sand and clear ocean water, mild temperature all year round (average temperature of 26 C and the lowest humidity level in Vietnam) and excellent scuba diving conditions.

The area is fast becoming a popular destination for international tourists, attracting large numbers of backpackers as well as more affluent travelers on the Southeast Asia circuit. It is already very popular with Vietnamese tourists. Yet, with a population of 300,000, Nha Trang still retains its small town atmosphere.

Nha Trang Bay is amongst the 29 world's most beautiful bays (voted by Travel and Leisure) and is also the site of the Miss Universe 2008 Pageant that was held on July 14, 2008 and for the Miss World 2010 Pageant that will be held in 2010.

Nha Trang is also a venue for annual sailing boat racing from Hong Kong. In recent years, the city has welcomed many 5-star sea cruises. In addition to the sailing boat racing, Nha Trang also has a wealth of other tourist activities for visitors. The Island boasts some of the best scuba diving spots in Vietnam, water sports of various varieties and many other great beach resort community activities can all be had here in Nha Trang.
