M&C has a vast land bank, with over 20 different larger scale real estate projects in various stage of maturity spread across Vietnam. These projects have development value of average ranging from US$120 MN to over US$ 1BN.
M&C is currently developing its flagship building Saigon M&C Tower in one of the most desired position in HCM City. Once completed in Q1 2011, the tower will be the highest building in HCM City with 41 stories.
